I received my undergraduate degree in psychology with a focus on early childhood development, and I’m currently finishing my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a Professional Educator License (PEL) endorsement. Alongside my clinical training, I also work part-time in a school setting as a school social work intern. This experience gives me another lens of care when supporting children and families, and it deepens my passion for helping kids thrive both in and out of the classroom.

In my practice, I enjoy working with people of all ages as they navigate life’s challenges. I often support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients, support families and caregivers of individuals with special needs, and work with neurodiverse clients, including those on the autism spectrum.

My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I believe everyone has the ability to grow and heal, and I see my role as walking alongside you with an open mind and an empathetic ear. I pull from a variety of evidence-based approaches, like CBT, IFS, EFIT, and attachment-based work, to create a safe space where you can feel understood and supported while building strategies for resilience.

Outside of sessions, I love reading (I’m always happy to swap book recommendations with clients), trying new restaurants, and going to fun community events. Swimming with my family, taking road trips, and walking my pup are some of my favorite ways to recharge. These simple joys help me stay grounded and bring warmth and presence into my work.

At the heart of it all, I’m passionate about helping others succeed, honoring each person’s strengths, and walking alongside them on their journey toward balance and fulfillment.
