  • Paid Time Off :

    We know that Therapists have personal lives too. And working in a fee-for-service setting can limit our ability to take time away from work to tend to personal matters. That is why TSC provides PTO with earnings calculated based on how many hours the Therapist works each week and their years of service with the practice.

  • Annual 3% Raise:

    The costs of life keep increasing, and TSC is committed to helping its team keep up with their personal expenses with annual 3% merit raise based on meeting expectations of the practice (yes, those pesky, assessments, treatment plans and progress notes!).

  • Retirement Plan - Simple IRA:

    While we love our jobs, the idea of having a financially secure retirement is really appealing too. So, TSC helps by offering a Simple IRA plan in which an employee can earn up to 3% from the practice in “extra” income!

  • Continuing Education Allowance:

    Our team likes to learn and grow! And TSC wants to support both the clients and therapists journeys by dedicating funds for it’s team members to take classes and participate in trainings that improve the quality of their therapeutic services. The benefit ranges from $200-400 per year depending on licensure level.

  • Group Term Life Insurance

    Our therapists are not the only important part of this practice. Their loved ones matter too! We provide this policy as part of employment.

  • Voluntary Life Insurance

    Employees can purchase additional coverage amounts for their dependents/spouses.

  • Short-Term Disability

    Sometimes “life happens” and we are sidelined from work, either short-term or longer. TSC offers disability benefits that cover 60% of the employees average earnings with a weekly limit of $2,000.

  • Long-Term Disability

    In those seasons of life when longer-term disability benefits are needed, TSC offers 60% of the average earnings with a weekly limit of $2,000.

  • Accidental Death/Dismemberment

    We offer this, and to be honest, we have no idea what it is! Hopefully we never have to find out…

  • 75% Coverage of Health Insurance Premium:

    Let’s be real…health insurance costs are very high in today’s world. TSC recognizes the importance of quality health insurance coverage and provides an assortment of BCBS PPO plans to fit every need and budget. AND, the business covers 75% of the cost of the premium for the employee and their family/dependents, including domestic partners.

  • Paid Holidays:

    TSC recognizes that those folks on our team who are working full-time might be the main income earners in their households. We also recognize that working full-time can limit time with our friends and families…and we staying aligned with the importance of a work-life balance, we want to make sure our Therapists can afford to take time off around some typically celebrated American holidays - we offer 10 of them, and 1 that our staff can use for their birthday!
